LIGHT & EASY

 Low Profile – German Style Pilsner.  Classic German Style Pilsner brewed with German Malt and Noble Hops.  4.8% ABV.

Snakes & Sparklers – Lager Beer.  Our favorite taproom lager is crisp, clean and refreshing.  It’s the only one I like.  4.8% ABV.

Florida Bock – Dark Lager.  A smooth and sessionable dark lager that leads with a light malty sweetness and finishes crisp and clean.  5.1% ABV.

Bockolate – Chocolate Lager.  Florida roasted chocolate combines with our smooth dark lager for an easy drinking treat .  5.1% ABV.

SOUR – FRUITY – FUNKY

 Juicy Velour – Sour IPA.  Sour conditioned on peach and raspberry and dry hopped with citra.  4% ABV.

Disco Future – Imperial Kettle Sour.  Higher ABV version of our traditional kettle sour wit Coconut, Guava, Pineapple, and Vanilla.  6.4% ABV.

Purple Rain – Kettle Sour.  Kettle sour ale made with Boysenberry, Black Berry, Black Currant, and Vanilla. 4% ABV.

Black Forest – Pastry Sour.  Kettle sour ale made with Tart Cherry, Chocolate,  Vanilla, and Lactose. 4% ABV.

Desserted Island – Strawberry Rhubarb – Pastry Sour.  Kettle sour ale made with strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla, and lactose.  4% ABV.

Desserted Island – Blueberry Almond Tart – Pastry Sour.  Kettle sour ale made with blueberry, almond, lemon, vanilla, and lactose.  4%.

HOPPY – BITTER – JUICY

Pale Earnhardt – Juicy Pale Ale.  Hazy Pale Ale double dry hopped with Mosaic, Sabro, and Cashmere hopped pale ale.  6.5% ABV.

Flashback – Classic IPA.  Based on one of our favorite “throwback” IPAs this classic recipe is single dry hopped with 100% centennial hops and uses restrained portions of crystal malt 7.1% ABV.

Whistle Tips – IPA.  Citra forward Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.  Big notes of Orange, Grapefruit, and Mango 7.5% ABV.

FlipSide – IPA.  Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Cashmere, Sabro, and Amarillo.  Big notes of citrus and orange sherbet 8.3% ABV.

String Cheese – IPA.  Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Sabro, Mosaic, and Citra.  Big notes of ripe mango and passion fruit 8.0% ABV.

Footlong – Fruited IPA. Hazy IPA with Passion Fruit and Pineapple Puree added. Double Dry Hopped 7.1% ABV.

9Volt – DIPA.  Hazy Double IPA double dry hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Citra.  Big notes of tropical fruit 9.0% ABV.

Danktopia – DIPA.  Hazy Double IPA double dry-hopped with Strata, Cashmere, and Citra hops.  Big notes of citrus, dank papaya, and tropical fruit 9.2% ABV.

STRONG – DARK – HYBRID – UNIQUE 

 

Ninja Juice – Sake Hybrid.  A high alcohol hybrid of styles, Ninja Juice, is made with hundreds of pounds of premium jasmine rice and fermented with 100% Japanese sake yeast to straddle the line between beer and sake.  Its light and sweet with the unmistakable flavor of sake and aromas of ripe pear 9% ABV.

Night Squad – Coffee Milk Stout.  Huge upfront notes of fresh roasted WELLS coffee balanced with hints of chocolate and toffee with a smooth and creamy finish in this sweet milk stout. 6% ABV.

Baked Shop #4 – Imperial Stout.  Cinnamon roll imperial stout brewed in collab with our buds at Southern Grist Brewing Co 14.5% ABV.

Baked Shop #20 – Imperial Stout.   Chocolate chip banana pancake imperial stout with maple syrup brewed in collab with our buds at Arkane Aleworks 14.5% ABV.

Limo Tint – Imperial Stout. Imperial Stout aged one year in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels with Coconut, Wells Coffee, and Hazelnut 13.5% ABV.

Hard Seltzer

Pure Hydro – Hard Seltzer – House made premium hard seltzer with Blackberry and Ginger natural flavors added 4% ABV
